My mom read an article somewhere a long time ago. Gum helps people concentrate. After I knew this I started to test it myself. It works. I think that its better to chew sugar free gum. It helps more. Most popular gums are sugarless. Just make sure u check the label on the back, or sometimes it will say it. Sugar should be "Sugars: 0g" Be carful with wrigley's brands. Some don't have sugar, but most do. That brand has some gum that doesn't seem like it would have sugar. But it does. Just make sure.
