Gum

My mom read an article somewhere a long time ago.  Gum helps people concentrate. After I knew this I started to test it myself. It works. I think that its better to chew sugar free gum. It helps more. Most popular gums are sugarless. Just make sure u check the label on the back, or sometimes it will say it. Sugar should be "Sugars:  0g" Be carful with wrigley's brands. Some don't have sugar, but most do. That brand has some gum that doesn't seem like it would have sugar. But it does. Just make sure.

We all get stressed really easy. DRINK THIS!

When I am stressed about anything. whether its homework, projects, or personal stuff, I drink this. I think any stress tea would help. I haven't tried anything else though. I drink AriZona RX Stress tea. If its late, Its Caffeine free. It's a mix of green and black tea. It's also natural. Also try taking breaks (about 10min. long) every hour or so. You can take a walk, dance, read, write, or just get some fresh air. It helps, trust me.

Me

I got ADHD from my dad. My dad has ADD. They found out about it when he was already an adult, so its harder for him. I have the H added in though. H stands for Hyperactive. Yes, I just HAD to get the hyper part. Owell. They found out I had it when I was in second grade. I used to take pills, now I have a patch. If perhaps, you know someone with these diseses (ok, spellcheck told me thats spelled wrong... but thats one thing u might notice about me, and guess why it happens? yupp!), or you just found out you had it, you want to know what it is. Mainly it makes us hard to consentrait (anouther example of spelling). If you have that little annoying H added in there, you also get really hyper. So, yeah thats it.
